Commissioned by Emaar in partnership with IGO and executed by UAC’s parent contractor ACC, The Eighth Gate is a prestigious 300,000 m² mixed-use development that marks Syria’s first master-planned community. Located just 15 minutes from Damascus city center in Yafour, it includes upscale residential villas, office towers, a commercial plaza, waterfront amenities, and one of the largest shopping malls in the region
UAC’s Role
UAC was entrusted with supplying and installing intricate GRC architectural elements across multiple zones—residential façades, commercial fronts, and the signature entrance gate. Our lightweight, precision-molded panels were designed to echo Damascene heritage while meeting the project’s monumental scale and stylistic requirements .
