Overview
Al‑Hafni Center is part of Al‑Balad, Jeddah’s historic district—recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2014. This mixed-use complex blends retail units, local artisans’ workshops, and cultural spaces within landmark coral-stone structures embellished with traditional wooden rawasheen windows.
UAC’s Contribution
UAC provided expertly crafted GRC architectural elements—including facade panels, window trims, and balcony accents—to preserve and enhance Al‑Balad’s distinctive historic character. Our lightweight, weather-resistant solutions accurately mimic coral-stone textures and wooden details, supporting heritage restoration efforts led by the Saudi Ministry of Culture and Al Balad Development Company
